"This pet friendly property is perfect for a family gathering ,, we had a wonderful family Easter weekend ,, the house is super clean , nice open concept ,huge kitchen with all we needed ,, the backyard with a super relaxing river view ,, we barbecued some steaks , the gated patio was perfect for our pet host was always responsive ,, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean we will be back !! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home ,, "

"As others have said some of the rooms are showing wear. The carpet is looking worn and a lot of scratches in the furniture. Having said that our room 412 had an exceptionally clean bathroom and kitchen area. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were great. When my 16 year old and I arrived my husband and mother in law had already checked into our 2 rooms. When I walked into my room it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. I let the staff know but I was too tired to move rooms. I asked they try an ozone clean while we’re out the next day. I should have reminded the staff before I left as nothing was done while we’re out the next day. My husband didn’t notice it and I became nose blind to it. Just smelled every time I returned to the room after being out. Hopefully they will fix it. You would think since our 16 year old was on the reservation they would have given us bedding for the pull out couch. While we were waiting for the sheets we pulled out the couch and there was a huge ugly stain in the middle of it. Sigh… When the staff brought our sheets we told them about it and said we would just let him used the pull out in my MIL’s room. We were super tired and just didn’t want to deal. I really believe with little tweaks this hotel could be so much better. But please replace those pull out couches- just gross. It is in a great location and has a starbucks and a dutch bros right next to it. The rooms were quiet and staff nice. "

"A bit of inconvenience upon arrival as our code to open door didn’t work so we had to wait for key to arrive. But the agent was readily available to assist us in resolving the issue. "

"Unfortunately we got to the home late at night and were given the wrong address and access instructions were incorrect from the owner. We ended up having to get a hotel room the first night of our stay and after asking for refund we have been ignored. "

"I had high hopes for this property. When we arrived box of trash by door and they picked it up the next day. Floors and carpet nasty had to clean upon arrival. No silverware in home and then was accused of stealing it. The home states it is dog friendly but no fence around yard. Cool looking house but won’t stay again. Very disappointed with reaction and cleanliness of home. Host was nice and responsive but did not listen when I told him state house was in and did not give me any money back due to all the inconvenience. Very offended I was accused of stealing silverware, if he had reliable cleaning staff he would’ve know that it wasn’t there on arrival, also if he got complaints about the homes state he should’ve came or FaceTimed to see. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The house is located at a wonderful location on the river. The home was clean, stocked with everything you can think of, clean and comfortable. There was something for everyone to do, especially since we were a large group. The river was great and well stocked with kayaks, sups and outdoor activities. Jenny was super responsive and it made the stay comfortable and pleasing."

"Excellent facilities, just the river front didn't accomplish, since the river had very low water level, we couldn't enjoy the river front amenity, and were not aware of this.Out of that, great staying in all ways."
