“The overall experience was good. When we arrived there were no wash towels and only one 3/4 roll of tissue and the a/c wasn't working properly. The gym was was clean and equipped and I felt comfortable using it. When we checked out, we did inform them about the a/c not getting cold.”

“The first floor room was close to a very loud and busy street. I thought perhaps new weather stripping around the door would help in the future. The apples in the choice of continental breakfast items were old and bruised and the hot water dispenser for tea failed to work. But the staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is old and needs some upgrades but I did feel safe there.”

“I paid with my Apple Card, but the Home2 Suites by Hilton Wildwood the Villages staff said they didn't receive the payment and asked me to make a second payment, which I declined，My credit card was still charged!”

“The initial room we were assigned had dirty sheets but we were reassigned another room quickly. We only used the hotel for sleeping purposes however the shady happenings surrounding the hotel were less than appeasing. There were people coming in and out of a window on the first floor, unsure if they were paying guests. Hotels guests sitting in cars or lawn chairs in the parking lot. Most times made it a little uncomfortable walking out at night.”

“We booked a 3 night stay over 4th of July weekend. The price was an incredible value! Our room was good sized, with a not-so-mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a sink. The king sized bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The shower was strong and refreshing. Enough towels for two, that were switched for fresh ones. Every single employee, from the front desk to the housekeeper, was friendly and smiling and willing to please. My husband went down for breakfast twice. The first day……

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was better than I’d expected and very comfortable. Whenever I went out, I was so happy to come back and take shower in that huge bathroom then lay in that bed. And I was so happy to see I had a full kitchen in my room. So, whatever wasn’t at breakfast, I could easily make myself. The stuff was so patient when I had to replace my keys not once or twice, but three times. Not once with a complaint or show of annoyance, they were angels. Especially……

“Property was filthy. Owner/ management had personal family in lobby in evening. Pool closed at 6:00 pm We checked in 4:30 pm came back from dinner went to room and roaches crawled from behind television and onto cabinet, had to jump out of the way.
