「We were only there overnight. The staff member that checked us in was not very friendly and did not smile at all. My brother even tried to get him to smile and...nothing. Otherwise, everything else was great!」

「The building is beautifully renovated and the room was large. I’d never been to Eastland before but found it charming and welcoming. The coffee shop on the ground floor was a pleasant surprise. But there was also a nice assortment of pastries as well as coffee varieties just outside the room. The Dallas room had a kitchen area if someone needs as well. I’d definitely stay there again if I’m in the area.」
