"This was our second stay here with all the family. The house is very spacious with loads of room for everyone. The kids adored the rope swing! We have relatives in Lymington and know the area very well and find the property really convenient for lots of New forest attractions. We may stay again!!"

"Very clean with everything needed for a short stay. Bed extremely comfortable! Extremely convenient location for city centre. Having a parking permit was very useful & there was always a space nearby. "

"We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all...

"We booked a so called “luxury” property through Expedia, and what we arrived to was diabolical. This is not an exaggeration from the moment we arrived, it was obvious the property was in a disgraceful condition. The settee was broken and leaning, covered in stains, the walls were filthy, and the garden was completely overgrown. To make matters worse, a full, rotting bin outside was swarming with flies, which were flying into the house as we opened the door. We contacted the management company...

"The Coach House is ideal for a large family group with generous sized rooms all through. We loved being so close to the forest and being able to walk straight out onto the path to Hatchet Pond.
