「Lovely spacious, clean & comfortable apartment in excellent location few minutes walk to Wells & shops.
Good place to stay for exploring other attractions around the area, Cheddar Gorge, Haynes Motor Museum, Bath, etc.
I would highly recommend especially for a couple.
Not suitable for wheelchair bound or those who have difficulty with stairs as it is situated on the fourth floor with four flights of stairs to climb.」

「Outside area was filthy. Garden full of weeds
The wooden table was missing pieces.
The gas barbecue was not there as advertised.
Pictures make it look much nicer than it is.
My family were very disappointed.
They have an electric car charger which is very expensive also.」
