“The cottage was perfect for our stay and exactly as listed. The location is excellent, in a nice neighborhood and conveniently located to the many restaurants on Main Street. It’s only about a 50 minute drive to the wineries on the North Fork. Check in was easy and smooth and great communication from the owner. The cottage is located in a beautiful backyard that we were also able to enjoy. Would definitely rent again for a future trip.”

The house was perfect for our family - the pool area is fantastic and being able to grill food at the outdoor kitchen is such a bonus. No back and forth to the house for snacks or drinks! We spent the evening around the fire pit and the extended deck meant that there was plenty of room for us to relax and our kids to play. We also explored the local area and nearby beaches. We had kids between 1 year to 10 years old, a handful of young adults and everyone else 30+ years old and everyone had a good time. It wasn’t *spotless* when we arrived (still trash in a lot of the bathroom trash cans, socks were dirty immediately just from walking around, crumbs on shelves) but nothing a quick cleanup ourselves couldn’t fix.
