“We arrived in Casper really tired and my husband was not feeling well at all. This was the perfect respite. Quiet, comfortable room, pretty decent restaurant on site, fun pool for our child, and even a nice place for our dog to take a little walk. We ended up extending for another night so he could recover fully, and that was easy to do, staff was really helpful. Great place!”
“The breakfast was great and the staff was nice, although the check-in time was a little long and a $300 deposit was required. It was a bit much, but understandable! It was to prevent people from smoking and bringing pets into the room. The room was a bit old, but some of the facilities in the room were upgraded and it was still very convenient to use.”
“What makes the Riverside Hotel so good is the restaurant/bar. Talented mixologists are ready to serve up delicious whiskey drinks or pour a local tap. Also, a rotating menu from the restaurant where I indulged in a perfectly cooked filet with amazing bacon wrapped asparagus. This was what I needed after a full day of driving with my co-pilot Petey. The staff was friendly. My dog was welcome.”
“We stayed in a family suite and it had two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a balcony, a kitchenette and eating area, and a couch. One bedroom had cute bunk beds, and there were three tvs in the suite. For the price we expected a typical 3 beds in one room, so it was a pleasant surprise. The lobby and breakfast area were spacious and tastefully decorated; it looked like a much more upscale hotel! Only complaints: some of the hallway carpets were stained and our faucets would only dispense warm and hot……
