Eu achei confuso o processo de comunicação com a administração , ele ocorre somente pelo WhatsApp e voce é obrigado a conversar com uma IA antes de um humano, demora até conseguir resolver o problema. "Ao chegarmos no quarto encontramos 6 baratas, 4 no box e duas embaixo da cama. Após inistir com o funcionário da recepção ele trocou de quarto, que para a nossa surpresa não havia água. Fomos informados sobre racionamento de água na região porém o quarto ao lado estava com água normalmente. As meninas da recepção foram muito solícitas e deixaram a gente guardar as mochilas após o check-in. "
