“Great property and location. This older home has been beautifully updated. Some quirkiness because it is an older home - but that’s to be expected. We had no problems with the home and it was a perfect home away from home!”

“Overall comfortable, safe, equipped and close to where we were going. House was clean, well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint was a bit noisy for us being in town. Neighbor had a loud motorcycle, train was new sound for us lol. We live in the quiet country so we didn't get much sleep. We did not use the kitchen cause we stayed one night. Kitchen seemed stocked however a small ant problem. Tiny ants on counter and sink. Really that was my only complaint. Better than a hotel!! Came……

“We were visiting my college daughter at Miami, and it's impossible to find a hotel in Oxford. This was barely 20 minutes away and was SO much better! We had my parents (in their 70s) with us, so we each had our own room. The kitchen pots, pans and utensils looked practically new, the house was spotless, living room couch extremely comfortable ...and memory foam mattresses! Responses/communication were super fast! What a great find for the price! Would definitely use this again!”

“We just stayed for our second time at this home for Mom’s weekend. It’s perfect for several moms. We love the community spaces in this home - perfect for people to sit and catch up. There’s multiple spaces in the home. The rec barn is awesome. Our boys came over for a pizza dinner and enjoyed playing pool and watching the playoffs while the moms chatted. The home is very well stocked - everything we would need was there. It’s very clean and Martin is very easy to communicate with. Hope it will……

“Second trip from CA to visit homeland of OH with my son and daughter. We love the location for visiting family in Kettering, Centerville, Mason, Cincinnati, and Beavercreek. We fished in the pond, catching large mouth bass and blue gills by the dozen (then release). I have nothing but great things to say about the Host & his family. I mean you step outside and within 50 feet your cruising the local strip. That being said, it was very tolerable noise wise. No complaints. I can't say enough great things about this place. “Cute little house. Perfect location. Easy to get on and off the highway, near gas stations, grocery store, food. The street runs into beautiful city trails for a nice walk/run. Perfect little home for my daughter and I to explore the area and easy access back to the airport.”

“We stayed for two nights, and enjoyed the place. Location - it's fine. It was *not* a sketchy neighborhood as one or two reviews mentioned. If you come from downtown you'll go through bad neighborhoods, but it's not in a bad neighborhood itself. It was hard to find as it's in the back of a building, so you don't see the address number from the street. The great news is that you're 15-20 minutes max from all the great things in Dayton, and if you want regular-fare food and shopping, that's like……

“After you park you enter a little Oasis right in town. This place is stunning! Beds and couches are comfortable! Listening to the tiny waterfall in this wonderful backyard setting is a must! Landscape is immaculate. You almost feel secluded like you are out in the woods, because of all the trees surrounding majority of the place. Best candle company(Warm Glow) shop 15 min drive.”

“We came into town to participate in a reunion concert at Miami and this was the perfect place! It was far enough away from campus not to hear any partying students, yet close enough to park uptown in 5 minutes. It was exactly as advertised - fully furnished, clean, and even has a hot tub, although we didn't use it. The hosts were available and responsive. No complaints! We will definitely be back for the next time we will be in town.”
