“The place was fine. Easy to to get in with August App. The Neighborhood was very tattered. There are a bunch of homes being revitalized as this property was. They have a long way to go is this area. Thanks for sharing you house and the renovation was awesome. Not really sure how to get the rest of the neighborhood on board to fix up but you certainly took the right first step.”
