“hotel staff did not perform duties satisfactorily. My friend and I requested them to book a taxi from hotel to airport trip. However, the booking was not made. We found out when we double checked in the evening. In addition, the requested morning call did not happen. the staff who cleaned our room let hairs laid on the toilet ground....”

We took our 11 month with us and the staff were very accommodating supplying a Portacot. We had breakfast down stairs as well and the lovely staff member would hold and entertain our baby boy when he got a bit restless and let us finish our breakfast.
