Seaside and Watercolor are a quick walk or bike ride from this spot. It’s easy to walk to Seagrove Market, the beach and Watercolor shopping center. The property has everything you need before you head out on your way!”

“very small, but it worked. The parking is a little tricky as it is difficult to get your car in without hitting the post. bed was super comfortable and there were plenty of white fluffy towels. SUPER close to walk to the beach!”

“This property is a hidden gem! It was beautifully appointed and Jim was a fantastic host--very communicative, responsive, and generous. This property is close enough to Seaside to take advantage of the restaurants and activities but away from the noise, crowds, and chaos. It was the perfect hideaway for a beach vacation. Highly recommend!!”

“Location was great - close to pool, beach, restaurants, coffee shops, retail, etc. Carriage House was well appointed, has everything you need to prepare a meal if you choose. Carriage House will not disappoint! We’ll be back!”

“The house itself is good and location is great. Dealing with Vacasa is frustrating. First, there is currently construction going on in the front yard building a new main residence. They should inform you of this before you book and post actual pictures of the current situation. They added a small note in the check-in instructions sent the day of arrival. There were construction trailers parked in front so we weren’t able to park at the property. The drives on either side belong to other homes so……

“When we arrived the door was open, the room was dirty with a bad smell the house was behind another house there was no light at night my daughter fell I didn't have internet and I couldn't work at home they never did anything to help me two people came into my house at two in the morning since the door did not work, the worst vacation with my children”

“Convenient location with parking. Looks just like the pictures. Comfortable bed. Nice to have access to bikes and beach chairs. If planning to use the Wi-Fi, be aware it is not reliable and is weak, especially in the evening. Lea indicated she pays extra to boost the Wi-Fi and that it doesn’t work well when the town is full with visitors.”

“Great location. Quiet and private. Nice size kitchen for a small space. Lots of natural light made it feel larger. 2 of us and a small dog stayed for about a month. Would recommend it.”
