“What a stunning location and property. Really couldn't ask for a lot more and Fiona is friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to returning!”

“A pleasure to wake up to that beautiful view in the morning. The barn was lovely, it felt like staying in an elder relatives place with lots of lovely books and stuff. It was bigger then I expected. Not near any shops and no eating places without travelling but plenty of lovely walks and peace and quiet. The only downside their was no instructions regarding bins (only one that was full,) couldn't get TV on, couldn't work heating. The log fire was so cosy in the evening so that made up for this.……

“Amazing bungalow in a lovely quiet area. Beds were so comfy I didn’t want to get out ! There were toys for the children, a jigsaw for the grown ups, dog treats and poop bags if you had a dog. We had crisps and biscuits left out for our arrival. What a nice touch. The hot tub was amazing, we didn’t want to get out of that either ! The only downside was we weren’t there long enough to enjoy it all. ”

“Beautifully converted barn in a stunning location. We all loved it, and the garden is secure so dogs can’t run out. Will definitely book again! ”

“Property was well presented and well equipped. Host was welcoming. We would stay here again if in the area. Well located for lakes or Yorkshire Dales.”

“The home was perfect for what we were looking for, which was just a home base to relax in and visit with family in the area. It has easy access to the rail station, grocery store, and downtown shopping and dining. The kitchen supplies were basic, but enough to put together some simple meals after a trip to the grocery store. The beds were very comfortable. There is a bit of traffic noise, but that’s really only because we were there in August and needed to open windows. We would stay again……

“We all enjoyed staying in your house. Our 6 year old twins had a great time. Everything we needed was there. Being able to go for walks without using a car was a bonus. What a friendly village! Let's not forget the delicious hot chocolates in the cafe nearby. Thank you.”

“A lovely designed cottage in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our long weekend stay for our son’s Birthday. We went on a couple of walks whilst we were there and the family relaxed at the cottage with added bonus of a hot tub to relax after the walks. We must also give a big mention to michael whose communication was first class, helping us with anything we needed and even suggesting to do and local taxi services. Prior to the stat and during he was always there to assist with anything we asked.”

“das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, umgeben von herrlicher Natur. Es wurde komplett renoviert, ist geschmackvoll hochwertig und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, ausserdem war es extrem sauber. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und können es absolut empfehlen!”

“The house is so lovely, it has everything you need and being in the centre of Penrith is just a bonus, found a few lovely places to eat and overall we had a great weekend. It is a house that I could easily live in.”
