The plus is the location. We went to the Naval Park in Buffalo. We visited many friends and family in the area. The Shur Fine store was very handy, as was Dairy Queen and Tim Hortons. The pool was our favorite amenity. Its wonderful. The host was excellent with communicating.

Manager very efficient and friendly in response to a concern. Nice deck and yard. We found area to be close location for Penn Dixie dig site and not too far from Niagra Falls.
