“I had a wonderful overnight stay here. The room was lovely, ver quiet with beautiful views and a very comfortable bed. I did use the spa which was at extra cost but it was lovely and relaxing. I opted for the fine dining in the evening and it was outstanding. Breakfast was included and the menu had plenty of options from continental to freshly prepared hot options.The staff were very helpful and friendly- I will certainly rebut for a longer visit. ”

“Our stay at the New Inn 1730 was only overnight, and we arrived around 6pm on a Sunday evening. This is a welcoming & friendly pub, with restaurant and accommodation. The owner did his best to accommodate our needs during our short stay, and is still finding his feet a little having only recently taken on the business. Food options were limited when we arrived, particularly for our two fussy children, so we did eat elsewhere that night, but the cooked breakfast in the morning was very good,……

“The room was spotless, you can tell it was recently renovated. The amenities were amazing, the beds were super comfortable and we had one of the best sleeps we’ve ever had at a hotel. The breakfast the next day was phenomenal, there is good choice. We went for the vegetarian breakfast and those veggie sausages were top class! Kids also loved the pancakes. All in all a very pleasant stay, the finishing touches on the refurbishment are all high quality, and the food is clearly sourced from the……

“We stopped for a night during a long drive home with a rescue dog we had picked up just hours before. The staff were immediately welcoming; kind and friendly. The hotel itself lovely, the accommodation cozy and very comfortable, and the food and service excellent. I would definitely stay again and would whole heartedly recommend to others. Thank you.”
