“Love the small kitchenette in each of the rooms. Was fully stocked with a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, real dishes, etc. I can see this place would be great if you're skiing for the week at Horseshoe Valley. We came in the summer and then went to Vetta Spa, which you could walk to. It's a bunch of townhouses so sometimes you can hear your neighbours - especially when they leave (shared main door). This would be useful if you had multiple families staying together.”

“The front desk staff were very welcoming when I checked in. However, the air conditioner in the room was like an airplane engine, making it impossible for me to sleep all night. Breakfast seating was extremely limited, with only 42 seats. For a hotel with so many beds, this was far too few. We had to take our food and wait for guests to leave before cleaning the table ourselves. The food selection was also very limited, consisting only of eggs, breakfast sausages, toast, waffles, yogurt, milk,……

“The first room we were assigned smelled like dirty socks. The desk attendant was able to put us in a new room and was very kind doing so. He was definitely trying to assist us as quickly as possible and did a good job. Unfortunately the new room also smelled but not as badly although when we tried to out down the black out curtains to go to sleep the curtain would not go down and when it finally did fell and the we had to rewind it manually. The breakfast offering was limited and we ended up……

“Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.”

“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”
