「This property exceeded our expectations. The house was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, the rooms were large, and the very high ceilings added to the feeling of spaciousness. The bathroom was outstanding - whirlpool tub, walk in shower, double sinks, separate toliet compartment. We had a rainy day and really enjoyed the gas fireplace. The location offered quiet and privacy but was convenient. We are only Sunday bikers, but in a few minutes we could bike on a bike path to...

「Great house with enjoyable blend of spaciousness and cozy appeal. Kitchen was well appointed and great overall aesthetic, layout - roomy for 5. Upstairs suite very open and lots of windows in house. 5 min drive to BREATHTAKING reservation on beach ($20 to park for non members and well worth it), peaceful Japanese gardens nearby too. There's a super cute 500ft ferry ride ($35 round trip) to get to and from this location so plan for food accordingly!」

「The property is just as cute an convenient as advertised. It was our first time bringing our dog on vacation, and he loved the fenced-in yard. (Note for pet owners, he could get out to the driveway if he tried.) The sunset and sunrise walks were amazing, especially with the nature preserves on the road. Beds were very comfortable. We loved all the little touches the owners provide. If you like nature and don't mind some short walks, this is the place. We also loved rhe history and backstory. 」

「Cute cottage well updated, close to downtown shops and beaches! Our family enjoyed our trip. Gina was responsive to all questions. It is on a main road but the noise wasn’t bad and the parking with driveway on the side street was great. We enjoyed the yard and outdoor shower especially after the beach. The loft area was quite warm and we were glad we brought our own fan. Thank you Gina for a great stay!」

「Great location - perfect for our family with little kids. Water they can wade in and the main beach nearby. Although by no means would this be bad for folks without small kids - the main beach is right there and lots to do on Chappy, while still feeling very relaxing and off the beaten path. Thanks!」

「This cabin is recently renovated and well laid out. When we arrived it was clean and the owner left a nice welcome gift. There is a little beach in walking distance and walking/hiking/biking trails at each end of the road. It very convenient to Edgartown by bike or car and easy to get up island by car or bus. For us, the best feature is that they allow dogs. Ours loved their vacation with walks and swimming every day. They have asked to go back. All paws up from the pups!」

「Incredible cottage with every amenity you could possibly need. Barbara was a fast communicator (and so lovely!). The cottage is walking distance to town and a leisurely walk to the beach. HIGHLY recommend this stay!」

「Spent a week with my wife in Lynne's cottage. Although the cottage is small, we never felt cramped or uncomfortable. It is bright, well furnished, and cheerfully decorated. The cottage is located in a quiet, wooded area. It is only a short walk to Edgartown and the beach on Eel Pond.」
