“My family's stay at this property exceeded our expectations. The location is great, it is in a peaceful and quaint neighborhood and only a short drive to the town center. The layout was spacious yet cozy, providing more than enough room for our family to spread out and relax. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for cooking and enjoying family dinners. The outdoor space was a wonderful feature of this property. The kids had a blast playing in the backyard, and we enjoyed relaxing on the……

“We were 3 adults and the house had ample room for 3 or 4 others. Everything was very clean and neat. Bedroom linens were so nice- my daughter wanted to replicate in her apartment. Living room was freshly decorated with a very comfy couch. Kitchen worked out great and had all the kitchen supplies and cookware we needed. (Its nice to have foil and plastic wrap available). We cooked half the meals here. The weather on this Jan week was rainy so we did not get to enjoy the deck or screened in porch……

“This was a beautiful home in Martha's Vineyard! David was extremely responsive and helped with anything we needed...from explanatory videos prior to arriving with all the essential information to help with television troubleshooting during our stay and communication afterwards as well! The home was clean and well stocked. Very private and secure. The neighborhood was super confusing, however GPS helped with that! The hot tub was a great bonus and we couldn't have asked for a better stay.……

“We loved this cottage from the moment we walked in the door for the first time. Check In was perfect and especially liked the lock box at front door in case of an unintended lock out. It always felt like you were coming home at the end of each day. The wonderful kitchen bar was our organizational center for our stay. Bedrooms were perfect with each of us having our bathroom. The beds were extremely comfortable The location was great! We rented ebikes from Edgartown bikes which is located around……

“The house is very close to town - you can walk to get ice cream at scoops and get home before it’s melted. And yet. You’re far enough from town to feel the peaceful calm that Edgartown offers. The sound of church bells / the sea breeze / flower lined streets. If you need a vacation - look no further.”

One of the upstairs bedrooms had a closet sized room that fit a pack and play, which worked out really well. All questions were answered very quickly!”

“The property and views are stunning. The house is a little dated and could use another bathroom, but the views and location make up for it! Needing to rent a boat and use it to access the beach was an added expenses and a bit of an inconvenience, but also a fun adventure, and we loved seeing the other houses along the beautiful pond. Seals in the ocean were fun to see, although generally considered a potential harbinger of sharks so, when combined with the rough seas, we avoided the ocean and……

“Our group was in town to participate in the MS bike the island fundraiser. Rental location suited our needs perfectly. Short walk to groceries, some restaurants, and a brewery which was the location for the MS registration and welcome. Home worked well for 6 guests. Bathrooms were beautifully updated, although more towels for bath and kitchen use were needed. Lovely deck/ yard area for relaxing after the event.”
