「Everything was excellent. Only the bed was difficult - worn out to the point of being difficult to sleep (head lower than feet). Seems the bed is used as a couch because there are no chairs on the room. It was very uncomfortable as a result. Very clean, the most helpful staff, great location. Nice breakfast.」

「Just came back from our stay here and have to say that we were a bit disappointed. This is definitely not one of the cheaper options to stay at on the island and so we had high hopes when we booked our stay. We've been coming to the Vineyard for years and have stayed at a number of different establishments. This was by far the biggest disappointment. That being said, it wasn't all bad. I feel like if given the opportunity they might be able to change our opinions as the facelift they gave...

「I’ve stayed here before as I was on a budget then. Now for my second stay while it’s affordable I probably won’t stay here again. It’s a very typical motel not a hotel. And I’ve never stayed anywhere that had such LOUD ice makers. And they were being used every five minutes. And no elevators so if you have luggage or trouble with stairs you’ll need to request the first floor. The second floor half of it smells of curry. And the breakfast is the exact same thing every day and not that inspiring....

Updated furnishings but still an older motel - rooms have a smell; step back from the shower water when someone flushes the toilet or you get scolding hot water, etc.」
