Die Villa strahlt eine Atmosphäre von „veraltet“ aus. Es ist geräumig, wenn Sie mit 6 statt mit 10 Personen dort übernachten. Die Küche verfügt über ausreichend Geräte und Geschirr/Besteck etc. Schön ist, dass es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner gibt. Bei der genannten Kombi-Mikrowelle handelt es sich um eine normale Mikrowelle. Es gibt zwei Kühlschränke mit 1 großem Gefrierfach. Die Matratzen mancher Betten müssten unbedingt ausgetauscht werden. Dies gilt auch für die Duschkabine im Erdgeschoss. Der Garten rund um das Haus ist großzügig und bietet ausreichend Privatsphäre. Bitte beachten Sie: Das Schwimmbad wird renoviert und ist derzeit nicht geöffnet!

Mooi en rustig park. Prachtige omgeving. Huisje voor 10 personen is erg ruim. Helaas is de keuken te klein voor 10 personen. Denk aan koelkast, vriezer, fornuis met 4 pitjes, weinig pannen. Het is een comfort huis, helaas moest de technische dienst voor verschillende comfort items komen omdat ze niet (goed) werken.

La disposition spacieuse était parfaite pour notre famille, surtout pour les enfants qui adoraient leur chambre à thème avec lit superposé, Nous avons passé des soirées chaleureuses dans le salon moderne avec chauffage au sol, L'emplacement ne pouvait pas être meilleur, à quelques minutes en voiture du château de Cochem et de quelques bons endroits pour dîner comme Divino, Nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin dans la cuisine bien équipée, ce qui a facilité la préparation des repas après une journée d'exploration, Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour les familles !

Bei der Ankunft stellte sich heraus, dass das Haus nicht richtig gereinigt wurde. Schmutziges altes Brot mit Wurst unter einem Bett, nicht gesaugte Treppe, viel Staub usw. Außerdem gab es leider viele Mängel in unserem Haus. Der Geschirrspüler und der Trockner waren kaputt, die Tür zum Garten hatte keinen Riegel zum Öffnen, im Kühlschrank fehlte die Gemüseschublade. Das Haus war eindeutig veraltet, obwohl es sich nicht auf den Fotos widerspiegelte. Das war schade Die Gegend um Cochem hingegen ist wunderschön und es lohnt sich. Unser Tipp ist, ein Haus woanders zu buchen, damit Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen können.

Die Ankunft war in Ordnung, das Einchecken war schnell. Die Unterkunft sah auf den ersten Blick ordentlich aus. Im Haus war es alles andere als sauber, wir mussten uns zuerst im Wohnzimmer wischen, weil der Boden noch klebte. In der Umgebung gibt es mehr als genug zu tun. Schwimmen im Außenpool in der Nähe, Kanufahren, Fußball spielen auf dem Rasen vor dem Haus und wir stiegen mit einer Gondelbahn in Cochem auf einen Berg. Sie können auch in der Mosel schwimmen, aber dann müssen Sie nach einem geeigneten Ort suchen, um ins Wasser zu gelangen. Es war alles sehr schön, wir haben es auf jeden Fall genossen.
