“I really never want to give a bad review but I feel like I need to. I will list out everything that was bad. Had to ask for new sheets. The sheets and blanket and pillows were badly stained and had black little hair all over them. The bathroom had bugs. The lady above us stayed up all night screaming with big dogs. The door wouldn’t lock properly we spend 10 mins each time we left making sure the door was shut and locked. The tv was crooked. The staff was nice but not welcoming. It took them 30……

“I booked based on it being new, the rooms were clean and nice but the amenities as far as pool furniture and outdoor seating smelled and was disgusting. The front desk staff always seemed stressed out and very confused and slow. Willing to help they just weren't confident or trained in a lot. Bartenders very very untrained. Breakfast was great and the Starbucks was life saving! Especially since due to bad weather outdoors bars and food bars were closed. Its definitely a family friendly place but……

“We had a good time. Our room was clean, but our sheets and covers felt damp both nights. there wasn’t blankets or pillows to keep us warm”

“I’m not really sure where to start.. when we arrived we were greeted and checked in although it was a bit discombobulated. We got to our room and there were gaps around the door that we later discovered also let the rain in through the cracks. There were also what appeared to be burn holes in the bedding. There is zero noise control in the room. We could hear people having conversations down in the parking lot from inside the room with the door closed (we were on the 4th floor). We understand……

“The room was as clean as need be. There were some spots that they missed but what made like the bathroom and kitchen were cleaned properly. My family liked the breakfast and the staff were both helpful and friendly. I will use the same place again.”

“This hotel was not very clean or well maintained at all. The price was really good but they have not maintained the appearance at all. The floor in our room was sticky and there was a mildew smell when you walked in the room. It was very humid in the room and all of our clothes and really everything stayed damp. This property could be very nice but they need to make a lot of updates and cleaning. It was only 14 blocks from the beach so that was nice and there is a Walgreens and grocery store……
