"If you are worried that the beach house you rented sits back to far from the water or other houses affect your view, then book this house. It is one of 3 houses that are much closer to the water than all of the surrounding houses. You have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the sunset. The house is large and well stocked. The deck is perfect. There is DirecTV but we used our Roku device for ESPN."

This home is almost to the end of the public area of the peninsula so the beachfront felt so private. Definitely not crowded. "A great house for a large family. House can use some TLC…lots of cracked tiles and uneven floors. Some water damage coming in from sliding doors in kitchen. Kitchen could use more cookware. "
