“Very close to the beach. The property has a pool also. Views and gulf breeze from either side of the property. Very responsive (like in minutes)! So easy to deal with. Extreme relaxation vibes in the whole area. No elevator but the stairs kept me on track with my fitness lol They also provide reading materials and I really appreciated it. The place did accommodate all 6 quests. We can’t wait to return!”

“I was disappointed when I realized I booked on a golf course instead of the beach. However, it turned out much better. The views were amazing along with the different activities it gave us a break from the hot beach sun. The condo was unbelievable beautiful. Sitting on the golf course having coffee was the best part of the day for me. My husband wasn’t happy because he didn’t bring his golf clubs.”

“My family and I had our first beach vacation at the gulf shores Alabama. We had an amazing experience as we got the nicest view from our balcony. The staff are very friendly and understandable for our children that have a special needs. They had a rule to not bring breakfast food to any rooms but since our children have sensory issues in a crowd and beeping sound from waffle maker and microwaves, they gave us exceptions. “The location of the hotel was nice and it’s obvious the hotel is newer (luckily). After our 5 night stay, house keeping never came in to clean the room or even remove trash. We had to go to the front desk multiple times to ask for trash bags. We ended up putting the bagged trash in the hallway because no one would ever come in. When asking most staff for assistance, they’d say they couldn’t help because that wasn’t their job or that they didn’t have the right things to assist. There were a few……

“Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When I arrived to check in around 5:08 PM, I was informed that Expedia had overbooked the hotel and that the Double Queen Suite I had reserved was no longer available. Instead, I was given a King Suite and assured that extra linens would be provided since I was traveling with my husband and children. “The property is conveniently located in a nice area with restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clean and well maintained. I didn’t like that our room was next to the maintenance room and we heard machines running all day and nights for our two day stay.”
