The building its self is old and if you look closely enough you can see its age, but the room was clean and it’s right on the beach and that’s all that mattered to us. 「Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was spacious, very clean, and in the best location. It was also tastefully decorated. The floor to ceiling windows in the living room gave the best view. The condo had everything we needed and it’s on a floor low enough to take the stairs if you prefer over the elevator. 「Love the location , we always try to stay at the Royal Palms , so close to the pier . Love the view from balcony. The water was perfect and clear this trip . The pool, hot tub and grill area was nice to use and well maintained. My husband loves the outside swing .
