“Tons of hidden charges that we were never told about such as pay to park, pay for breakfast. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room our entire 5 day stay. When we asked them for towels we were told we had to go to the front desk for them. We took our own trash out and our dirty towels etc. Staff was all friendly except for Jenn at the front desk who was absolutely not concerned that we were unhappy with our stay. Found black hair on one of the pillows and saw a roach in the hallway.”
