“Ripped couch, broken arm chair, ripped decor pillows, stains on comforter, bedding that didn’t smell fresh, remnants of party decor from last renter, washer and dryer rusty, broken and rusted bathroom hardware, exposed electrical. Avari Management was NOT helpful and could have put us in another one of their locations for the same price point but refused to help us. This unit needs a MAJOR facelift! “Where do I start? Horrible all the way around. No refunds for crap room. Not the same as shown on Expedia. Paid for ocean view w/Balcony (got ground floor). Multiple cockroaches, light bulb out, A/C & Heat ran non-stop and bearing out on fan. So loud hardly could sleep, TVs were a mess, Direct TV didn't work in 1 bedroom, batteries dead in Roku remote, water damaged areas, one door off hinges..... Etc. I paid full price for this crap. I will never use Hosteeva again. They don't care, just……
