「I chose this because of the screened in porch to give time and space for some reading and journaling. I now only wish I would have spent more time on the porch but it was great. Do note that there are two other units in the same building. I knew that when I booked this, but my neighbor did not so just be sure you're clear that you are not going to have the whole building to yourself. My neighbors had not originally left me a parking space so make sure you pay attention to the diagram included in...

「Great location for concert at the Coca Cola Amphitheater. The host was very responsive (we did not have any issues, but questions I had were answered immediately). Check in was easy. Apartment was clean, well appointed and decorated nicely. 」

「We had a wonderful weekend, the condo was just beautiful and very clean. The ocean view is just perfect for a morning coffee. Thank you so much for letting us stay. We loved it. 」

「Overall the location was fine. But the host didnt want to give a refund after saying she would. Got kicked out by the leasing office and police as this wasnt supposed to be used for vaction rentals and she was violating her lease. And there were a lot of issues regaurding cleanliness and property damage that were as such when we arrived.」
