「This room worked great for me and my 2 daughters. The building its self is old and if you look closely enough you can see its age, but the room was clean and it’s right on the beach and that’s all that mattered to us. We felt safe here and that’s also a huge thing for me and a mom traveling with her kids. 」

「The Hosts checked in on us ahead of arrival which was appreciated. The location was perfect for our stay and the building was very quiet which suited us perfectly, much better than a hotel! We had everything we needed for our stay.」

「Love the location , we always try to stay at the Royal Palms , so close to the pier . Love the view from balcony. The water was perfect and clear this trip . The pool, hot tub and grill area was nice to use and well maintained. My husband loves the outside swing . I have attached some photos from our balcony and some pics of the pretty water , we was there Labor Day weekend 2025. 」

「The property was very clean and had all of the amenities that make for a nice stay. It probably has the best view of the Gulf of any units since it is on the gulf end and on the highest floor. Unloading and loading our luggage was a breeze. I will look to stay at this unit again in the future.」

「Me and my boyfriend stayed here for the long weekend and it was exactly what we wanted. It was just a short drive to the public beach. The complimentary breakfast was great, and I love that we had a kitchenette so we could save some money and make our own lunches. The rooms are very spacious and clean. It was everything I could ask for for a great price. 」
