「Great location for walking to downtown Edmonds. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and the Edmonds bookstore, just a walk awayClean and neat. Comfortable bed. Very nice shower. Nice not to have a lot of the owners knickknacks cluttering the unit.A short drive to grocery stores. I would recommend Vern's Studio. And would stay at Verns again There is not a pool, but for some reason VRBO makes the form so one has to rate the nonexistent pool????」

「The room was cozy and clean, safe and walkable area of Ballard. Very communicative and easy to get in and check out. Nice to have the mini fridge and small kitchenette in the room. They give you ear plugs since it is a shared building with other suites, which was a nice touch. Everything I needed for a quick stay.」

「I loved the room. It had everything I needed, and it was in an area that was super walkable. The only complaint I had was the noise at night since I had the room facing out to Pine St., but that's to be expected from the city. Other than that, it was nice!
I do wish the parking situation were better, but I parked my car at the Harvard Garage, which is a 5-minute walking distance up Pine.

「Great location and close enough for UW appointment. Very clean, good communication with management, easy in and out. The Fremont district is eclectic with great shops, restaurants, bars. Parking is on-street, but available and free on some streets after 7p and others 8p. You can make it work!」
