Cozy Condo close to LRT, Stadium and Expo Center.

Furnished condo with one bedroom. Ideal set up for daily, weekly and monthly guests who are working in or visiting Edmonton. Base price is for 2 guests. Full kitchen, furnished living room and bathroom. Situated on the 1st floor facing North and large balcony. Great place for any working professionals or travelers. Edmonton Expo, Commonwealth Stadium and LRT are walking distance, restaurants and grocery shopping located next to condo building.

If you are looking for "Home Away from Home" you found your place to stay, very well stocked kitchen and amenities, fully furnished with Smart TV in Living room. Computer desk and chair. Lots of space.

Crib or high chair can be made available if sufficient notice is given, stored offsite. Please confirm availability.

Elevator at main entrance and stairs from side door.

5 minute drive to Downtown.

BBQ on deck, fridge, freezer and lots of guest storage.

Note: Condo Bldg Bylaws require a rental contract to be signed as part of the allowance for Short Term Rentals, we also need a valid email address to process rental agreement and send detailed check in guide.

Exceptional stay!

Perfect staycation, I was extremely impressed overall. Super cozy & homely, loved it. I felt very comfortable and safe. Great communication with host–easy check in out. There were some awesome features: excellent WiFi connection, Smart TV’s in both the living room and bedroom with streaming cable, and the bed is sooo comfortable!!Would definitely recommend this cozy condo.

The reason for three for cleanliness was the place was generally tidy but anything that was more of a deep cleaning like dusting ledges cabinet lips baseboards etc were very dusty the floors were sticky due to the excessive use of cleaning product
