Immerse yourself in nature, with access to Edmonton's beautiful River Valley trails. Excellent access to public transport with a bus stop 100m away & Southgate Transit Station 2km away. Explore Whyte Ave, shop at WEM, or access downtown Edmonton - within minutes.

Guest access:
Only restricted areas: small cleaning closet in bathroom, mechanical room door located to the left directly when you step into the suite floor, both doors will be locked.

Wonderful suite

I stayed here with friends over a weekend and we absolutely loved the space. It was large and spacious with a nice couch where we could sit and watch Netflix. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom is massive! Check in was hassle free and coming and going from this central location to explore Edmonton was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice little suite

We had a short stay in Edmonton and wanted to be near the U of A. This suite was a quick drive to campus, and was located in a nice area with a park nearby. The basement suite is totally renovated just as the pictures show and well-appointed for what you need during your stay. The owner was very responsive to our questions.
