"We checked in online before arrival which made key pickup at the lobby quick and easy. Property was clean and well-maintained. Executive Room was big, clean, adequately appointed. Only issue was water would leak out of the shower. Lucked out with weather and was able to sit out at the pool. Rooftop was small, but clean and since it was a weekday, we didn't have to fight for space on the loungers. All in all, this property exceeded my expectations for a La Quinta. Would recommend if you aren't looking for frills."

"Older property showing its age outside but interior of room was clean and well appointed. Outside asthetics were a bit disappointing as the Front building of property was under renovation but not disclosed at the time the reservation was made. Motel is in a good location on Shell Beach. FIREPITS by the bluffs were a BIG plus and are available on first come first serve basis."
