「Great location, park across the road is great for kids to get some energy out. Lots of restaurants & amenity close by and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Shinjuku. The rooms are a bit tired (marks on the walls, the duvet covers don’t fit properly and you can see that the bedding under is very yellowed, pillows not great. There is no reception at the property, which was fine for us.」

「Rooms were super clean and spacious. Staff were super friendly, professional, and courteous. We didn't have extra bedding for the small bed in the living room area, but the even staff was able to set it up super quick. This was my second stay in Akihabara, and while it wasn't as close to the station as my first visit (literally right next to the station), it was only a few minute walk. The in-room washer/dryer was a blessing! I will definitely stay here again.」
