“We had a problem with a musty smell! We tried to change rooms but were told there were no others available, and when we asked about a refund, we were told the manager wasn't there and wasn't answering the phone.”

“The elevator was out of service, so the desk workers had to power it up in order to go to the third floor, but when they were busy the wait was unacceptable for them to manually open the elevator doors. We took the stairs, but be it that my wife is disabled, that created challenges for her. In the room, I was told to contact the front desk when we were coming down and they will send up the elevator. The problem was the phone in the room had no phone cord, so kind of made it impossible at the……

“The room was not cleaned during our stay. We were guests for 2 nights. We received towels after we requested them. Very disappointed in the hotel procedures for keeping room clean. I will not recommend the property to any out of towners. It is my hope hotel management will review the standards for hotel cleanliness.”

“The only reason to complain is not enough to drink! Was on floor for evening, all night and next morning- nothing was brought to or asked for drink order. Saw a little stand and got two little Pepsi’s but partner doesn’t like Pepsi. Got offered a Mimosa after checking out and time to leave… that sucked leaving with a roll of benjamins and thirsty still!”

“Our stay was fantastic. The property is gorgeous and atmospheric and the staff were great. We stayed in the Hideaway room and really enjoyed the courtyard and pool. Breakfast was very good and served in a beautiful dining room. I wish there was a little more parking room but that is kind of an unavoidable issue. Overall I would strongly recommend the Duff Green Mansion and sister property Halpino without hesitation. Our family only wished we could have stayed longer.”

Shower pan very dingy and grey even after I cleaned it myself. Fridge was barely cool, never cold. In room keurig dod not work. Table chipped and headboard had multiple scratches, peeling. The blinds had to be operated by hand to roll up and roll down- no strings to pull and small tear in blind. We were told no……
