“Our family of six fit perfectly in this home that was 10-15 minutes from American side of the falls. Easy parking and safe neighborhood. House is just what you need for a few days stay.”

“Initial impression was a wow factor, what we did not like was general lack of pans. We had to buy our own frying pan which we kindly left. Could also use a pizza screen, baking sheet. Complementary coffee would be nice. We would recommend and stay again.”

“This house was an AWESOME HOUSE!! After reading the reviews they all were on point! The house is well kept, very nice and clean. I loved the location it was closed to EVERYTHING!! The neighbor was beyond quiet I almost thought does anyone else live in the neighborhood, lol, but the peace it gave was OUTSTANDING!! I'm an OLDer lady I don't like to much noise, lol. We were a small group three adults and one teenager, so when I say we had room LOTS and it was EXCELLENT!! Although it says not baby……

“Clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for a Thanksgiving holiday with family. I especially appreciated the minimal cleanup required upon checkout. Obviously we would never leave the place a mess, but it was great to leave the deep cleaning to the cleaning staff so we could get on the road. I'd absolutely rent this home again.”

“The house is better than the pictures show. The living room has new sofas, a fireplace and a good space to hang out. Its big window outlooks the park across the street (dead end street). Kitchen is well equipped, and the dining area has a world map on the wall, a very interesting decoration that entertained us for a long time. The 2 bedrooms on the main floor have a good size, and share a full bathroom with walk in shower. The 2 bedrooms upstairs share a full bathroom and have an interesting……

“The property was very clean. The location was perfect! Between UB and Daemen college, near the 33 so getting downtown was easy. The only thing I would change is more hangers. The master bedroom does not have a dresser , but the closet is huge and they have nightstands. The motion detection lights came in handy at night. “Communication with Mohammed was good. We received check-in info well in advance, and he responded quickly when we had questions about the wifi. The house is located in a residential area, so there was a bit of neighborhood noise, but nothing excessive. The street parking was fine - the explanation of overnight parking rules was a little confusing, but we had no issues. Interior has been upgraded recently. Kitchen was well-equipped - we didn't cook during our stay, but we easily could have.……

“I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay.”

“We went to Niagara Falls to celebrate a birthday and check off seeing the Falls from our bucket lists. We found this lovely home close to everything we wanted to visit. The house is beautiful and spacious. It is an older home with gorgeous woodwork and lots of fun little things to discover. The beds were comfortable, and there were ample linens for each sleeping space. The bathrooms were stocked with towels, soap, and hair-washing supplies. The attic game room was a fantastic bonus. “15 mins after entering the property received complaints from owner. Tried to add rules and stipulations after receiving my money and contract was already signed, and made me feel like there was a violation of my privacy and rights, as well as racial profiling. Sent messages to me at inappropriate hours up to 2 am. Will not book again as I was very uncomfortable with treatment during the stay.”

“We spent Thanksgiving week in Honey House in Clarence. We had a grand time hanging out in the house and also enjoying Clarence and Buffalo. The House was spacious -- big dining table for computers, games or eating. There was plenty of room in the living room for football watching. The bedrooms were also spacious and beds very comfortable. The bathrooms were updated and there was plenty of hot water for the five of us. Sue and Jack are amazing hosts with check ins to make sure we were comfortable……
