"We had an issue with a broken door lock and had to move rooms, which took some time and disrupted our sightseeing plans. However, the staff handled it well and were very apologetic and helpful. Overall, it was a good stay — the hotel is nice, the rooms are modern, and the staff were all kind. Special mention to the young gentleman working at the lobby who was always friendly and helpful whenever we passed by."

"Everything was perfect room was spacious Parking was secure. Tram station just opposite to hotel. I preferred walking so most of stuff you can found in 30 minutes walk"
