“The hotel had a stunning rooftop view of the pyramids from the restaurant. Most importantly, the staff Aladdin, Yara, Ahmed, and Abdul Rahman were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here. The area also had plenty of cafes and convenience stores for food shopping and other essentials. ”
“Struttura praticamente nuova (all’interno) e molto comoda per visitare le piramidi e il nuovo museo egizio. Camere pulite, servizio di colazione in camera in quanto non sembra esserci stata una sala comune dove poterla fare. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile nel darci i consigli giusti e ci ha fatto anche da transfert da e per l’aeroporto (servizio extra). Possibilità di chiedere menù senza glutine (cosa quasi impossibile in Egitto). Purtroppo, a causa dei lavori per costruire la nuova……
“We stayed at the property for 3 days. From our room the view was great, a very nice view of the pyramids from a 14th floor. They also have a great view at the roof top. Since the beginning the staff was great, great customer service and very friendly. The owner greeted us and we saw him often. They offer a complimentary breakfast that represents very well the local menu. The area is noisy and not very clean but is part of staying in a real local neighborhood and has many walkable food choices……
“Här var det inte mycket som stämde med vad som utlovades förutom utsikten mot pyramiderna från balkongen. Det fanns varken vattenkokare, mikro, kylskåp eller reception. Inte heller städade de eller serverade frukost om man inte ringde och tjatade. Detsamma gällde gratis vatten och kaffe. Dessutom får man ingen skälig ersättning från Hotels.com om inte hotellet ger okej till att det man har klagat på stämmer! Snacka om moment 22! ”

ONLY one thing, water leaking from the shower area to the toilet floor, even after repair work, still could not fit it."
