「This is the 2nd time we have been here and it was excellent again. It gives us a great base in a lovely convenient location. The only thing we would change would be to have more comfortable seats/sun loungers on the balcony. 」

The Cala Fornells team are all very friendly, approachable and provided exceptional customer service. The seaview from our room was beautiful- what a brilliant start to the day. 「Wir waren für 6 Nächte in diesem wunderbaren Hotel. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und professionell. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Hilfe wird angeboten, wenn nötig, aber niemand stört einen, so dass man einfach seinen Urlaub so genießen kann, wie man will. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Damen machen einen tollen Job. Auch gibt es keinen Teppich unter dem Bett, also großer check hier : - ) . Schöne Dusche und genügend Platz. Auch ein toller Schminkspiegel...

「Moderne sehr saubere Zimmer. Leider sehr hellhörig aber ansonsten klasse. Frühstück auch nicht schlecht. Leider am Ende etwas nachgelassen was die Auswahl anging」

「Unfortunately we were not aware that very little was open , no service by the pool no bar or restaurant open at the pool. Breakfast was good however every other meals was so disappointing.Raw meat and inedible . Pool staff very lazy not cleaning up,leaving dirty towels around and just looking bored sitting around.」
