Fantastic Staff and Breakfast

The staff at the Bahia were super friendly and breakfast was great. The location is also good, being close to some great restaurants. Overall, we had a great stay.

Best spot in town

Amazing Hotel, so cute and the staff was very sweet. Good breakfasts and the pool and gardens were beautiful. Super close to the beach, groceries and restaurants. 10/10

Super séjour au Bahia Hotel. L’établissement est plein de charme, très propre et très bien situé. Les petits déjeuners et dîners sont excellents et tout le personnel est aimable, serviable et compétent. Le SPA et le jardin sont très agréables et bien entretenus. A recommander sans hésiter !

Trivsamt hotell med några förbättringsförslag

Trevliga rum, bra frukost, trevlig inredning, bra med två pooler, trivsamt boende med bra läge. Nära havet och många restauranger i närheten. Vi saknade grovt bröd vid frukost och laktosfri och sockerfri yoghurt hade vi behövt på frukostbordet. Borde finnas ramp upp till receptionen så att tunga resväskor kan dras upp.

Kein anonymer moderner Hotelbunker, sondern kleineres authentisches Hotel mit sehr viel Charme und Stil. Das Hotel hat eine Seele. Freundliches, sympathisches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Auch um meine kurzfristige Flughafentransfer-Anfrage wurde sich gekümmert. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Hotelli siisti, mutta ehkä hieman kunnostuksen tarpeessa paikoin. Hotelli sijaitsi kauniissa puutarhassa ja miljöö oli upea. Valitettavasti huoneemme ei ollut hiljaisimmasta päästä. Huone aivan respan, altaan, baarin sekä ulkoterassin vieressä ja meteliä oli ajoittain aika paljon. Huoneissa huono äänieristys. Aamupala maittava ja monipuolinen.

Almost as good as hoped

Ok then; picked it ahead of V Colombus because we prefer small hotels with character - and this one is meant to be 4* not 3*. But; road noise noticeable, taps in bathroom are old, we had a half-width balcony, and the breakfast 'hot' selection wasn't (for any of 5 days). This suggests need for hands-on 'tlc' by management?

Ein Hotel für eher etwas älteres Publikum. Sehr ruhig, entspannte Musik, antike Einrichtung. Abends gibt es kein Buffet, man kann aus drei Vorspeisen und drei Hauptspeisen auswählen. Menge ausreichend und mit einer sehr hohen Qualität. Spa Bereich mit Pool und Sauna sehr gut. Hotel liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Alles in allem gute Erfahrung für 2 Nächte, für längere Aufenthalte eher nichts für 20-30 jährige ;)

Ein tolles Hotel mit Ambiente und Charme, mit lieben und zuvorkommenden Personal, umgeben von einer sehr schönen, gepflegten Grünanlage und einem großen Pool. Negativ fallen hier nur die Bäder auf, leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht angemessen. Ansonsten alles sehr sauber.

Disappointing stay.

I have stayed in this hotel many times but left this time with the feeling we wont be back. There didnt appear to be enough staff in the restaurant and as such they looked harassed trying to sit people at tables, set tables, clear plates and restock food.The manager/owner came into breakfast but rather than mucking in and lending a hand he got himself a coffee and left . Weekends seem to be the owners time for entertaining family and friends and as such any relaxing time that paying visitors want by the pool is overshadowed by non paying friends taking up sunbeds and making a noise. Reception, bar and restaurant staff recognised us straight away as we have stayed so many times but the owner never once made any effort to speak. We only had one drink in the bar but a sangria with no fruit etc is poor quality and not what you would expect.
