“One thing that disappointed me during my stay was the hotel’s visitor policy. Guests were not allowed to have more than one person visit the room at a time, even briefly during the day. I completely understand limits on overnight guests or parties, but this policy felt unusually restrictive and was not clearly disclosed when booking. Had I known beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different hotel.”

“The staff here is very helpful and friendly, and my room was so comfortable and well decorated. It was better than the last time I stayed there, which was already good... so I think the management here must be very dedicated to a positive guest experience and improvements in their hotel. The hot water worked well, everything was very clean, and it's both a quiet place but within 5 or so minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, etc I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again. ”

“The stuff was friendly but did not speak English. Same breakfast everyday, eggs ONLY no variety. Only one coffee machine in the entire hotel and it’s only available during breakfast AND it keeping breaking every now and then. Far from the beach because it’s behind the resorts. You have to go around them which is about 15 mins walk. ”

“The room was amazing. Great place. Impossible to get any questions answered, check in was a nightmare, and our room locked at 11 am with half our stuff in the room. Hours passed without assistance. Requests for late checkout went unanswered. Room great, communication terrible, facilty amazing.”

“The name is called Gardenia Apartments. We couldn’t find it when we arrived as the place was never mentioned by the agent I was talking to. He wasn’t answering my calls too when we arrived. And electricity bills should be paid by guests which will be charged before checking in. ”

“This is NOT an Ocean View as advertised. The views from the balcony and rooftop terrace shown on the listing are of a different unit. Instead its a city view with literally an apartment building across the street and a 5g tower. Property management will tell you that "the unit you booked is the unit that was listed". Show them the listing all you want, their reply will not change. I traveled to this unit in Jan of 2026 it is now March 2026 and they continue to list as an Ocean View. ……
