“This location was excellent, directly opposite the gondola and near all of the restaurants and shopping in the area. Our stay was unfortunately shortened since there was no snow in March at all. That being said, the front desk was extremely helpful and although we were not able to check in early, they allowed us access to areas to store, luggage and equipment, as well as parking until the room was ready. We would completely stay here again and it was perfect for our family of 4 if the resort……

“The unit was very clean, but (1) the heating/cooling unit clicked and beeped all night and kept one of us awake, (2) we tried to check in early and were promised a call back from the property manager — the call never came, (3) the auto/motion light in the bathroom is a bad idea — blinding when using the bathroom late at night, (4) the unit needs more lighting (it is very dark at night even with lights on). ”
