“I expected more from a 4-star hotel. I booked a couple nights but had to leave after one night for personal reasons. The only staff I interacted with was at check in/out. Service was okay but not as friendly or inviting as I would’ve liked. First issue I had was from the start. I had to scan my key card multiple times before I got the door to open (and this happened other times as well). Then, once in the room, as we were closing the window, we noticed a large bug on the side like it had been……

“La propiedad está en un excelente lugar. Muy cerca del centro, de la Alameda y de un mercado muy bonito.
Creo la mejor opción para conocer la ciudad es caminando y ésta es buena opción.
La habitación que me tocó tiene acceso directo a la calle y está exquisitamente decorada, muy limpia y con aire acondicionado. Además tiene una pantalla muy grande para ver Muy a gusto la tele.
El personal es muy amable y atento.
Si se desea pedir algo al personal hay que hacerlo con algunos minutos de……

“They walked me to my room assuring me it was ready. As soon as we walk in, you can tell it hasn't been cleaned at all. Manager apologized so many times. Said they'd have it cleaned right away. This was already 5pm. Waited 45 minutes to finally have the lady come to clean. Bed sheets were on the floor. Spilled coffee on window sills. Bathroom was not clean. I had high hopes for this place but they totally let me down. Management was nice but no customer service skills. They didn't come to check……

“Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue muy agradable. Las instalaciones son cómodas, limpias y bien cuidadas, y todo el personal se mostró siempre amable, atento y con excelente actitud de servicio. Además, el desayuno está muy rico, con buenas opciones y todo muy bien preparado, lo que hizo nuestra estancia todavía más agradable.
Queremos destacar especialmente la disposición y apoyo del equipo del hotel. Nuestro taxi estaba tardando demasiado y ya íbamos retrasadas para asistir a un evento……
