「I expected more from a 4-star hotel. I booked a couple nights but had to leave after one night for personal reasons. The only staff I interacted with was at check in/out. 「They walked me to my room assuring me it was ready. As soon as we walk in, you can tell it hasn't been cleaned at all. Manager apologized so many times. Said they'd have it cleaned right away. This was already 5pm. Waited 45 minutes to finally have the lady come to clean. Bed sheets were on the floor. Spilled coffee on window sills. Bathroom was not clean. I had high hopes for this place but they totally let me down. Management was nice but no customer service skills. They didn't come to check...
