“Hôtel sans personnel, tout est autonome. Les chambres sont neuves et bien aménagées mais aucune intimité, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres et dans le couloir, c’est dommage car ça rend le séjour vraiment décevant. “A beautiful hotel in the countryside but by the sea at the same time thus giving superb views of the area. Breakfast is not included in the price of the room and needs to be ordered the previous day. €11 per person. Fantastically comfortable and clean. Good Wi-Fi. Colunga is just a mile or so away from the hotel to the west with many bars/eateries to choose from.”

“We just spent three nights at Hotel La Colina in Gijon, Spain. I have to say it’s been the highlight of our European trip. The location is secluded outside of town, but you can get into town in 10 minutes. We ate breakfast in the cafeteria every morning and the food and service were wonderful. The rooms were great, the views are fantastic, along with the hiking paths and best of all the staff were some of the friendliest people we’ve met on our trip. Highly recommended, and we will be back.”
