“The pool and the gym is on other hotel properties to include the breakfast area. It would be more pleasant to have breakfast at the same facility. Clear directions to the available pool areas would be helpful. The desk manager stood at the desk and point to areas that are unfamiliar. We were only able to find one of the pool areas available to us. The hotel rooms and facilities were perfect for our trip.”

“During our stay, we encountered several unnecessary inconveniences primarily due to the poor staff. We often felt neglected and forgotten. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our time in the city. However, we didn’t spend much time at the hotel because everything there was ridiculously expensive and overrated. It was just there for the photos, to be honest. The beach wasn’t the best, and the food quality was extremely poor, especially breakfast. Be prepared to pay a lot of money if you want……
