We arrived around 11:00 PM due to flight and customs delays. Although the listing states the office is open until 11:00 PM, no one was available and the studio was left unlocked. 「First, The staff was very kind and this poor review is no reflection on them as a group. Know this when booking: 1. It's a mile way from the beach and not on it as photos show. 2. The room is in very poor condition. We had no hot water the first night. The entire facility needs a major renovation. 3.」
