“房間私密性不好”

“Hand soap was very unsanitary and has a lot of flocculent mold inside. Our room was very small. And the shower was so confusing and they didn’t tell us how to use it. Unfortunately no one were there to ask at night when I want to take a shower. It’s unfriendly for English speaker because I can hardly communicate with the staffs. The stairs were so narrow and made it very hard to carry the suitcase upstairs. And this has nothing to do with price, I stayed in another hotel on San Cristóbal island,……

“We only stayed one night, as we were making our way back to Quito. The hotel is lovely and the staff is even better! I can’t believe how much work they do…from taking care of your luggage to taking your order at dinner We also decided to have dinner there and it ws the best sunset venue’.”

“When we arrived the room was as advertised. However, I was hoping for the ocean view with the hammock. Tatiana upgraded us for the rest of our stay. The room was clean. The view lovely. The breakfast is healthy and filling. An assortment of breads, cheeses, granola, yogurt, and eggs cooked to order. Not to mention room fresh juices coffee and tea. The staff, especially Tatiana, was super nice and super helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely.”

“Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy negativa. Desde el primer momento, el trato del propietario fue poco profesional: se mostró poco dispuesto a colaborar, con una actitud prepotente y poco respetuosa hacia los huéspedes. La habitación dejaba mucho que desear. No ofrecía la privacidad esperada, las gavetas estaban rotas, el baño no se encontraba en condiciones adecuadas de limpieza y la puerta tenía un espacio considerable con el marco, permitiendo el paso constante del ruido……

“It’s a beautiful property that sits right on the main road. Easy access to everything. The staff is lovely. And the rooms are beautiful. You can walk there from the ferry from Santa Cruz.”

“Excelente opción para hospedarse. El personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. Las instalaciones estaban limpias y bien cuidadas, y la ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y los principales puntos de interés. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente.”

“Escaped from Eco friendly and landed here at this excellent hotel. Everything. And everyone was great. Also got an awesome massage at the spa. Really nice hotel.”

“The hotel is located across the street from a space used for concerts, there was a massive concert that went from 7pm to 4am, which is part of an annual celebration. This was never communicated to us and the sound was unbearable, my kids and I had to look for an alternative lodging because they couldn’t sleep. When I asked the staff for a place to buy ear plugs they were very rude and not helpful. The hot water took almost 3 showers to warm up, the bathroom needs an update as it has mold and……

“The outside of the hotel has an eclectic feel with the tropical florals and outer wall cut outs. The room is spacious and basic, with outer balconies including hammocks . Relax beach vibes and close enough to walk to the shoreline where the crabs and sea lions roam in abundance. Service was quick and complimentary breakfast was good.”
