“ Rosewood Mandarina is undeniably a stunning property. The setting is breathtaking, with lush grounds, beautiful beaches, and thoughtfully designed rooms that feel both luxurious and serene. The accommodations were a highlight—spacious, well-appointed, and seamlessly integrated into the natural surroundings. That said, the overall experience was mixed. While the service was good, it lacked consistency and didn’t always meet the level one would expect at this price point. The dining was also……

“This was our third visit to this property, and although we still enjoyed the location, the beautiful grounds, and found the staff very helpful and accommodating, the quality and quantity of entertainment at this hotel has declined and the rooms are not as well maintained. It was very noisy during our visit. The buffet dining areas were very loud, with heavy chairs scraping across the floors, crying children, and a lot of slamming hotel room doors. This resort will appeal to those travelling……

Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y todo está pensado para que tanto adultos como niños disfruten al máximo. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención del personal, que fue excepcional desde el primer momento. Josué, en particular, hizo toda la diferencia: desde el día uno fue sumamente atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos. Nuestra niña……

“Me gustó que está a pie de playa, que te incluye desayuno y comida, aunque no hay mucha variedad en desayunos, casi siempre es lo mismo y te sirven muy pero muy poquito. Deberían de tener más variedad y que uno se pudiera servir. Que incluyera las bebidas aunque aumentaran la tarifa del hotel, ya que las bebidas que pides que no sean en el restaurante tienen costo extra, peor en general todo bien”

“My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is slightly off the beaten path, which made it quiet and enjoyable for us. We walked to the beach and to “downtown” San Poncho every day. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful we enjoyed amazing fresh fruit and delicious coffee every morning and we had dinner there one night as well, all were 10/10. The staff was lovely and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. ”

“Rooms were not cleaned once during our five day stay. I had requested a lower floor due to disabilities and was put on the 4th floor, no elevators. When questioned the staff replied that requests are suggestions only, they don't have to accomodate, and wouldn't. Parking was extremely limited, our car was blocked in and we did not have access to it for the first 3 days there. I would not recommend this hotel”
