I booked and I had room B111 pool side only problem was I would not get in the pool because it was unhealthy in my opinion algee on the pools walls and the waiter was green. The pool by the bar was very clean and attractive, but that was not the one that joined my room. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. Hope you correct this for your future tenants. Your staff is outstanding

Très bien mais excentré
Bon hôtel moderne tout confort. Seul problème il est à 20 minutes du centre-ville. Il y a un service de navette organisée par l’hôtel mais à heures fixes. Ne pas manquer la plage Lio en contrebas de l’hôtel très agréable surtout en fin de journée. Essayer le restaurant méditerranéen Punta Playa. On recommande l’hôtel et le restaurant

All the staff at this hotel were fantastic. Notably Reven and Love, who were exceptional. My only dislike was no elevator and our room was on the third floor. The restaurant was on the lower level, so there were 5 flights of stairs to climb to get back to the room. But otherwise an excellent stay!

It was overall a nice stay. Cons: staff is not that attentive to guests’ needs, and the hotel is a little far from El Nido Downtown. However, definitelt check out Lio Beach which is nearby and wonderful.

Charlie’s El Nido is a great place to stay
So glad we booked this place. Super clean, great service. Food at the restaurant was also good. Free shuttle service to town and Lio beach and to airport was great.

They didn’t started on top when our pre-booked shuttle didn’t showed up at airport. Waited an hour until a security guard at the airport helped us order a tricycle. Some misunderstanding between booking office and the reception was the answer, but they paid for our tricycle. It was a nice and modern hotel. Not a resort for pool relaxing because they only have few sun beds and always occupied. Even towels were few. Always in laundry was the answer. The rooms were tiny and dark. Always humid and moist. All our clothes and even bed linens felt wet. The food was tasty and good. But as in many places the service isn’t very fast. Long waiting times, from order to waiting even if they weren’t crowded. They were really keen on the allergies and made some offer to try to fix things. Even if they had spring rolls med of rice paper on the menu, of course the rice paper were out of stock they didn’t got new for our whole stay. As much others. No Cola Zero. Out of French fries and so on. They’re not quick to clean used glasses around pool area. Our tv didn’t work. They had not a great interest in trying to make it work. Our door lock same thing.. Good thing is the free shuttle to ElNido, LioBeach and the airport. Upon checkout I got the question how the stay was, my hesitation in answer and that it didn’t fulfill my expectations I didn’t got any reaction or questions how they could have done better. Don’t ask the question if you don’t want the answer.

O hotel é bom. Achei mediano o café da manhã, e fiquei numa zona do hotel na qual se ouvia barulhos de galos a madrugada inteira. O local que saem os passeios ficam longe, uns 20 minutos do hotel. Porém, há transfers gratuitos.

Excellent staff and service. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! The concierge helped with securing a driver for visiting beaches. Great restaurant and breakfast buffet. I appreciated having filtered water stations around the hotel. Beds were comfortable, a must when I travel. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I was incredibly impressed by the attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, making us feel safe and relaxed. The highlight of our experience was the delicious buffet breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, and it was a great way to start each day of our stay. Moreover, the staff's politeness, smiles and willingness to assist with any request further enhanced our stay. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was amazing. The hotel is a little further from town but I liked that part of it. El Nido is busy and loud. You can rent a scooter and be in town within minutes. I’ll definitely stay again.

The staff at the hotel were great. Very helpful, nice, and ready to make your stay the best. They have shuttles running from the hotel to the town and to Lio beach. I would highly recommend it. Best hotel in El Nido.

5 stars! Who gets you to your room at 8am?
5 stars!!! Highly recommended! Staff are genuine and very friendly! My service from the airport was early given that I took an earlier flight. I was the hotel at 6:30am, checked in and had breakfast.. By 8:30am my room was ready. From that point on I already know I chose the right hotel. Charlie’s has made my first time in El Nido a memorable one! I will definitely come back and stay here again.

The hotel is only a couple of years old and looked very well maintained. The room is big (king size bed) and has a modern theme. The air con is cold.

Great Hotel
The hotel is new (I think) and beautiful. The rooms were really nice and very clean. The staff was very pleasant and the management team was very personable. I can't remember the lady's name, but she was the manager, she was very nice and made sure my stay was pleasant.

I stayed at this hotel way back in February on their opening weekend and I cannot say enough good things about this place! being that we were some of the first guests I was a little nervous but they really knocked it out of the park. The staff were absolutely incredible and accommodating. They have a free shuttle into town which we used quite often. The rooms are great and clean. We had an issue with our drain in our bathroom and they fixed it immediately. Even with working out the kinks of opening a brand new hotel I would rate my stay a 30/10. The staff even helped us locate the resident dog Charlie to feed at night and made sure to watch out for us while we searched the dark for stray dogs to feed haha. This hotel is resort-esque and a fantastic relaxation getaway. It's about a 15 minute drive to town but we didn't even notice and it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle! book this hotel you will not regret it.

Estivemos na inauguração do hotel do dia 01 de Março de 2020 ao dia 05 do mesmo mês. Foi indescritível o atendimento personalizado e o cuidado que a equipe do hotel teve conosco. Desde a recepção com um drink de boas-vindas e uma toalhinha gelada para amenizar o calor, até o nosso check out, sempre muito atenciosos, solícitos e com um sorriso no rosto para nos atender. Agradecimento especial ao Ed Franco, gerente do hotel sempre preocupado com o bem-estar de seus hóspedes e Darwin e Jenny da recepção que sempre reservava nossos passeios e serviços com ótimo humor. Na piscina e restaurante, O Kenut sempre nos auxiliava no que era preciso com uma boa conversa amigável. Quanto ao hotel, tudo muito novinho e funcionando bem. Duas piscinas excelentes, restaurante com boas opções, café da manhã completo e quartos bastante amplos. A noite quando estávamos mais cansados, jantávamos no próprio hotel com um menu bem variado. Além do mais, o hotel também oferece transporte gratuito para o centro de El Nido, Lio beach e Aeroporto. Enfim, tivemos um tratamento nunca antes tido em nenhum hotel até hoje. New hotel. Will definitely become popular soon.
The staff are very friendly and attentive. The location is 15 minutes away from downtown. There is no view of the beach, but it’s still a serene view of distant mountains and green fields. We arrived at the grand opening so a lot of things are still being set up. The pools are amazing and the food is top notch. The rooms are quite quaint and simple, but still comfortable.
