SADLY AWFUL
Before I got to the house, I made sure the owner knew there were 12 of us, and he said he would have two extra beds. When we get there, there are beds for only 6 people. Then they had two sofas with an sleeping thin mattress. One of them was okay, not good but okay. The other couch, the mattress of it was so dirty and gross we removed it. We called and complained, and they brought us an air mattress to put on top. Two hours later we notice it had a hole. Only 6 people slept on a bed, everyone else had to sleep on top of blankets, towels and whatever we had. One of the three showers' pipe was cloaked. The owner's mother came with a man (when they came with a mattress), this man puts some powder on the bathroom drain. That night the people in those rooms could not sleep because the chemicals were so strong their eyes were burning and 2 of them went outside to sleep in chairs. I was furious by the 2nd day. It was the 24th of December and the owner's brother says if we don't like the property we can leave!!! On the 24th of December Christmas night in the middle of nothing! We had to stay because OBVIOUSLY we were not going to find another place, and we just had to wait until we came back home. This place should never be offered to any other family. Although it looks nice. It is a disaster. Windows don't have nets, so mosquitoes are all over! I could continue with the problems, but I do not want to be any more upset! I HOPE VRBO WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
