The property was adequate. I didn't realize they charge a $10 parking fee. Guess I missed that in the fine print. We got to our room and it was clean. The only big complaint was that we were in an adjoining room and the people next door left their dog in the room and it barked for 45 mins until they came back.

Room was handed over late - no accountability for hotel. If I had a late check out, they would charge me. Morning receptionist, awful. Bad attitude and refused to print me a receipt. Rooms were fine. Shower knobs installed reversed and water was always dripping from the bath faucet.

the greeting staff was rude. within an hour of checking in, i requested assistance in my room, no one showed up. the menu of the restaurant, form the QR square, did not match the actual menu from the restaurant. the breakfast buffet was $12.99, but when i reserved my room, it charged me $25 to add breakfast. Very limited breakfast options in the buffet and inconsistent from day to day. the tv was old, and my major issue, the microwave in my room was dirty and it stunk up the room every time i had to use it, which was several times during my stay. also, one of the computers form the business center, was not working.

Multiple things went wrong, I paid for breakfast when I booked the room, still got charged and waited for 40 minutes for pancakes and sausage! On the the second night of staying a maintenance worker was banging on the door with my teenage daughters insisting to get in the room to check for a leak at 9:30 at night while I was reading my book at the bar. They made him aware that they were not opening the door until the legal guardian was present and he still insisted! Not to mention it is late, turns out there was no leak. Very inappropriate and unprofessional.

Lovely hotel in a quiet area. The lobby was well appointed. The restaurant serves dinner and has a bar. The menu is limited but very well done, and nice presentation. All staff we encountered was courteous and professional. The room was clean. We did not stay for breakfast the next morning, but they do offer a cook to order breakfast, cost is between $7 and $12 if I remember correctly. I highly recommend this Hilton Garden Inn.

Because of weather, we had to change our plans and checkout one day early. I asked the clerk at the front desk if he could refund the cost for that one-day. He said I'd have to contact Expedia. Since we were on the road, I didn't have a chance to contact Expedia on the same day. When I spoke with an Expedia representative several days later, she said that the Hilton Hotels would not issue a credit for the day we did not use because we did not contact them on that day. I issued a complaint on the survey given us by Hilton Hotels and was never contacted. Just beware.
